These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the Balivillasmanage website, located in Kerobokan. By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Balivillasmanage if you do not agree to all the terms and conditions stated on this page.

>Terminology

In these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, and Disclaimer Notice:

“Client,” “You,” and “Your” refer to you, the person using this website and agreeing to the Company’s terms.
“The Company,” “We,” “Our,” and “Us” refer to Balivillasmanage.
“Party” or “Parties” refer to both you and the Company.

All terms relate to the offer, acceptance, and payment required for our services to meet your needs, in accordance with the law of the Netherlands. Words used in the singular, plural, or with different capitalization (he/she/they) are considered interchangeable and refer to the same.

>Reservation Process

Tentative Confirmation: After you submit a reservation inquiry, we will contact you with availability, villa rates (including taxes), and the required deposit (30-50% of the total rental).
Reservation Confirmation: To confirm your booking, you need to transfer the deposit to our IDR bank account. Notify us by email once the transfer is made. Your reservation is confirmed when the deposit is received. Reservations are handled on a “first come, first serve” basis.
Cancellation Policy: All deposits are non-refundable unless the villa owner agrees otherwise on a case-by-case basis. The balance is due before your arrival and is also non-refundable unless agreed upon by the owner.
Minimum Stays and Rental Rates: A minimum stay of 3 nights is required. Shorter stays may be considered case by case. Rental rates vary by season and are subject to change without notice.

>Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to cover illness, injury, death, loss of belongings, and trip cancellation.

>Responsibility

We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings during your stay or any inconvenience caused by events outside our control (e.g., flight delays, natural disasters).

Privacy Policy

Balivillasmanage adheres to a standard practice of utilizing log files to record visitor activity on our website. This is a common procedure among hosting companies and forms part of their analytics services. The information collected by these log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser types, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamps, referring and exit pages, and potentially the number of clicks.
